Chairman of GCS Group, Chairman of Arqi Egypt, Chairman of GCS Smart, and Managing Director of Verom.
Director of Verum. Verum was established in early 2017 in partnership with Innovecian and NTG International, owned by the Egyptian scientist Dr. Hatem Zaghloul, the inventor of Wi-Fi. The company focuses on developing a central system to combat fraud and counterfeiting, based on intellectual property rights registered in Eissa's name. This system has been applied in several fields, including the digital transformation of the mandatory insurance system, assisting in safe crowd management, and preventing the counterfeiting of medicines and medical products.
Walid Eissa has held numerous positions over more than 25 years. He served as Head of Budgets, Planning, and Control at Mina Sokhna, then as Head of Control, Planning, and Finance at the Bavarian Group. Later, he became a co-founder and General Manager of Al-Shiraa Insurance Services, then Chairman of Madmoon, Chairman of GCS Group, Chairman of GCS Smart, and Managing Director of Verom and Chairman of Arqi Egypt.
Eissa graduated from the Faculty of Commerce, Cairo University, class of 1996, with a grade of "Very Good." He has conducted numerous economic studies and research and has several registered economic and financial theories in his name. He also holds over 20 patents and applications that have been successfully implemented, including:
ACFC System (Activity Control Flow Charts): A system for interactive control applied in Ghabbour Egypt (1997–2000) and Mina Sokhna (2000–2004), where Eissa contributed to establishing control systems and performance measurement for all activities.
DTO Theory: A theory for promoting luxury products and market control, developed by Eissa to create unconventional opportunities for unprecedented sales growth during the global financial crisis. It was implemented in the Bavarian Auto Group.
Funds Hedging through Mutual Funds: A system focused on managing working capital and protecting companies from currency fluctuations.
Central System for Fraud and Counterfeiting Prevention and Competitive Protection: Registered under intellectual property laws in 184 countries.
